Mood Swing

A wallpaper for those who know the feeling of sliding from fresh enthusiasm to gloom! It doesn't have to be like dancing on skyscrapers (such as seems to be happening here) to hanging off a bridge... merely an itty bitty kiddies' seesaw in the park will bring you down with a tooth-rattling thump.

This was generated in Apophysis 2.08, I think... one of my older renders. It was given background and shading in Photoshop Elements 2. Definitely a 'snapshot fractal', but it says what I want it to.
